The course is an introduction to Arctic engineering, focusing on the production and transportation of oil and gas, while considering the broader infrastructure required.

Make sure you attend if you are involved with the broad planning, conceptual design and detailed engineering for current and/or future projects in Arctic regions.

The course will also be relevant to people who are not engineers but want to understand what engineers are planning, among them public officials, regulators, specialists in the environment, lawyers and potential investors.

The course will be illustrated by the lecturers’ experience of completed projects and case studies in many parts of the world, among them the Canadian and Alaskan Arctic, Sakhalin and Kazakhstan.
