Clients are able to be directly connected to a Cat Rental Store representative, or are able to have online conversations with a knowledgeable counter person in real time through the ‘Live Chat’ feature.
The website provides detailed product information; customers can view technical specifications for various machine types and compare specifications with similar models, helping customers quickly decide which machine or tool best suits the application at hand.
A mobile version of the site is also available, allowing quick access to most of the features listed above, all without downloading device-specific applications.
