Buckeye conducted its previously announced non-binding open season for the Union Pipeline during March 2010 to better define the potential demand for the proposed pipeline.

The expressions of interest received by Buckeye during the non-binding open season support continued development of engineering designs for the Union Pipeline. The Union Pipeline project will consist of either a 12 inch or 16 inch pipeline to the Detroit area of Michigan. The pipeline will then continue north with a 12 inch pipeline through Michigan to Marysville and ultimately Sarnia, or continue toward Windsor, Ontario and will use existing pipeline to Sarnia.

Buckeye expects to hold a binding open season in mid-2010.
