Enterprise Products Partners will construct a 225 km pipeline to transport crude oil from the Eagle Ford Shale, Texas, USA, to an interconnect with its crude oil system at Sealy Station, Austin County.
The new pipeline is supported by a 10-year firm transportation agreement with EOG Resources.
Enterprise plans to build central delivery points for receiving crude oil from trucks and gathering pipelines at multiple locations along the crude oil pipeline route.
Completion of the 350,000 bbl/d crude oil pipeline is expected in the first quarter of 2012.
Enterprise will also construct an additional 84 km of pipeline laterals as part of its previously announced 270 km Eagle Ford rich natural gas pipeline to provide firm natural gas transportation to EOG.
