Mr Johnson’s most recent position was as NACE’s Director of Public Affairs where he led several of NACE’s legislative initiatives.
In announcing Mr Johnson’s selection, PRCI Board Chairman Paul MacGregor said “With this appointment we believe strongly that we are providing PRCI with the leadership it will need as it looks to sustain its success and enhance its service to the energy pipeline industry.” PRCI is a non-profit corporation comprised of 34 energy pipeline operating companies located in the United States, Europe, Canada, South America, and the Middle East.
Augmenting the pipeline membership are 20 associate members drawn from companies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Japan that serve the industry as pipe and equipment manufacturers, service providers, and vendors.
Each year PRCI members vote their annual subscription towards projects in the areas of corrosion; operations and integrity; design, materials and construction; compression and pump stations; measurement; and underground storage.
