The contract includes project management, engineering and procurement services, right through to reeled offshore pipeline installation, utilising Subsea 7’s Seven Navica pipelay vessel.

The new contract is in addition to the long-term ‘Underwater Services Contract’ that Subsea 7 has with Shell for inspection, repair and maintenance programmes, capital projects and decommissioning works across its European offshore fields and facilities.

The contract is due to commence with immediate effect. Projects delivered under the pipelay frame agreement will be managed from Subsea 7’s UK and Norway offices.
