TDW offshore performs offshore pipeline repair in India
Wed, 22 December 2010
TDW Offshore Services has completed a pipeline pressure isolation operation in India.
The operation was carried out on a pipeline that runs between two platforms offshore from Mumbai.
The operator detected a leaking valve on a future tie-in connection (tee) that had been caused by an anchor drag accident.
The leaking valve was repaired by TDW using their SmartPlug isolation technology.
