To be held from 1–2 July 2010, the forum is designed to create a comprehensive framework for engineers, regulators and operators to approach issues arising from the transportation of CO2 by pipeline.

The first day of presentations will cover topics ranging from the economic modelling of potential CO2 pipelines to the technology gaps that need to be filled in order to deliver cross-country and subsea CO2 pipelines in Europe or the Middle East.

Day two of the forum will feature presentations regarding the impact of carbon capture on the transportation phase, regulatory and funding issues, material selection for pipeline construction as well as an open session in which delegates will have the opportunity to discuss the formulation of a transportation network.
