The 12 inch diameter pipeline will transport refined products from Salt Lake City, Utah, to terminals in Cedar City, Utah, and in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Unites States Bureau of Land Management gave its final approval for the pipeline and construction will begin immediately on five of the seven construction spreads, and the Notices to Proceed for the last two construction spreads should be issued over the next few weeks.

Mechanical completion of the pipeline is expected in early 2011, with service to begin later in 2011. Construction of the Cedar City and Las Vegas terminals are nearing completion. The pipeline is being developed by Holly Corporation and Sinclair Transportation.
