The Pipeline Pigging and Integrity Management Conference and Exhibition (PPIM) is coming up in Houston, US next month!
Due to the high number of quality papers submitted, this year PPIM will feature an extended conference program when it takes place at the George R Brown Convention Center and Marriott Marquis Hotel in Houston, US on 18–22 February 2019.
It will feature 66 papers, 14 topics and more than 100 expert authors taking part in the industry’s only forum devoted exclusively to pipeline pigging for maintenance and inspection, as well as pipeline integrity assessment and repair.
The opening remarks at the plenary session will feature presentations by industry experts, including ROSEN’s Chris Yoxall, Canada National Energy Board’s Iain Colquhoun and Enable Midstream’s Joel Anderson.
Technical sessions will take place across six key areas over three days, including: inline inspection applications, analysis, verification; risk assessment and management; engineering assessment; evaluating dents; materials; leak detection; and more.

PPIM’s popular training courses will once again take place prior to the conference, with each of the 11 courses presented by an expert in their respective fields.
