IPC issues Call for Papers

The International Pipeline Conference (IPC) has issued a call for papers, with a submission deadline of 15 December 2019.

The 13th IPC will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Calgary, Canada from 28 September to 2 October 2020.

Organised by volunteers representing international energy corporations, regulatory agencies and energy and pipeline associations, IPC is internationally renowned as a must-do industry conference.

Previous years have seen participants from more than 44 countries and crowds of more than 1,300 delegates, as well as leading researches presenting nearly 300 peer-reviewed papers.

The Call for Papers for IPC 2020 has a closing deadline for abstract submission on 15 December 2019.

The technical tracks include pipeline safety management systems; project management, design, construction and environmental issues; pipelines and facilities integrity; operations, monitoring and maintenance; materials and joining; strain-based design and assessment; risk and reliability and northern offshore and production pipelines.

Abstract acceptance or rejection notifications will occur on 12 February 2020 and draft paper submissions will be due by 26 March 2020.
