Nova People AS, Brunel Energy Europe BV and Premier Technical Resources Lt have each received contracts for the Baltic Pipe project.
The scope of each contract is for the companies to provide specialised personnel to support surveying, construction and inspections for both offshore pipelay and landfall operations of the 275 km project.
The work is planned to commence this quarter, with preliminary surveys along the route and supervision over construction works performed at the offshore gas pipeline landfalls also expected to take place.
Gaz System said, later down the track, the supervision requirements will be carried out successively on the vessels in accordance with Saipem’s schedule.
The project is anticipated for completion at the end of 2022.
